Customer Success / Storyteller

This is a bit tricky - we need someone that is a mix of 3 things:

  1. Customer Support / Customer Success. Someone with intelligence and empathy to understand what the client is trying to do, and have a sense for whether we can do it. All tasks will fall into
    1. Yes we can do, here's how....
    2. Nope, cannot do for the immediate future; recommend some other system or advise client so they can find another provider
    3. Maybe: We can do near-term, within 1 week to 1 month, and the timeline works for the client
  2. Setup & Onboarding Guide / Configuration Pro - someone to get really good at using our software and helping clients get set up. We'll train for this, but you need to have some solid foundation and fast enough reliable internet.
  3. Storyteller: (Video Screencast) Communicate to the marketing team about a cool client story about how they needed X and we solved a problem; also communicate to the programming team about something we need, or something a client wants that seems close to what we do (i.e. feature request).

Part time or full time, all remote (even after Covid), results focused. All hires will be paid. All work is remote.

      Rate: We don't have a set budget, of course we want as low as possible, and you want as much as possible - we need to find some balance of talent and cost. What is a fair rate per hour to start with, just for the first 90 days? $ per hour (US$).

      Longer term, we aim to pay top of market so we keep awesome people - we but need to grow a bit first. For those who grow with us, you'll have opportunities for advancement.

      Note we generally start people on paid test projects first, then hire on a probationary basis which then leads to permanent hires. Coders start on a fingernail, then a finger, then a hand, then an arm before proceeding to open heart surgery. When possible, we like coders to "own" a project and so whenever practical and possible once proven, we'll have you focus entirely on a product, usually new, so you will not spend a lot of time reading someone else's code, but instead writing your own.
