Marketing VA with Photoshop & Video Editing

We're a small but growing company, so we're looking for someone who can wear a few hats.
If we don't find one person that fits all this, we'll hire separately as needed.


Sharp guy or gal that has design chops (photoshop + adobe premiere; we'll provide a paid license key) and won't mind doing some basic customer service until we scale up enough to hire for that role specifically.


  1. Video and photoshop skills / design skills for social media ads and sales videos.
  2. Marketing research, sales development research, etc. - lots of compiling lists, google work etc. - must be very fluent with search and clever about digital tools
  3. Google spreadsheets, google docs, etc.
  4. Marketing experience in general, specifically focused on audiences - groups of people and how to reach them
  5. Strong bonuses: Video editing skills, wordpress skills, customer service experience, sales development research

      Note we generally start people on paid test projects first, then hire on a probationary basis which then leads to permanent hires. Coders start on a fingernail, then a finger, then a hand, then an arm before proceeding to open heart surgery. When possible, we like coders to "own" a project and so whenever practical and possible once proven, we'll have you focus entirely on a product, usually new, so you will not spend a lot of time reading someone else's code, but instead writing your own.
